ABOVE - A sheet from
the set of drawings I aquired of the 'Brooklands Super Sports'
which gave me the idea for my latest project.
BELOW - An old photo of a
'Brooklands Super Sports'. One of several built. These cars were
based on 'Austin 7' components with a specially tuned engine.
The first stage of the project
is the buying and finding of all the necessary vintage 'Austin
7' parts from swapmeets and the internet auctions
The chassis has now
been altered to match the 1934 specs as well as modified axles,
springs and steering setup, the rolling chassis is now complete.
